GENERAL INFORMATION

Since 1993, JPB système designs, develops and produces an elite set of ready to use Lockwireless Anti-Rotational Devices. Initially made for the aeronautic and aerospace industry, they are also applied accross the automotive, railways, marine and nuclear industries.

JPB système strives for customer satisfaction by designing and developing adapted devices for their unique needs and specifications.

With its headquarter and principal factory in France, a second factory in Poland and a subsidiary in the United States, JPB système is sized to better service its customers and to expand into new markets.

The Lockwireless Anti-Rotational Devices are used in place of lock wires or safety wire, tab washers, cotter pins or any other method of fastening fitting or borescope plugs. They are designed to endure intense conditions generated by vibrations, extreme temperatures and chemical effects. Their simplicity of use, longevity and quality increase engines cost effectiveness and safety.

    THE BEGINNING OF A GREAT ADVENTURE

    During the Paris Air Show ( Salon du Bourget ) Jean-Pierre MARC, Damien Marc's father, is challenged by Safran Aircraft Engine to find an alternative and replacement for the lockwire in the engine.

    The company is created by Jean-Pierre MARC and Bernard BARRE.

    THE FIRST STEP IN THE AERONAUTIC MARKET

    AFTER 6 YEARS OF BUSINESS APPROACHS

    JPB système starts paving the road to success with its first step into the Aeronautic industry, with its self locking borescope plug on the CFM56 program.

    CERTIFICATIONS

    CERTIFICATIONS

    JPB système certifies some Self Locking Solutions on the GE90-115 to power the Boeing 777 and on the G7200 engine to power the Airbus A380.

    THE LEADER CHANGES

    THE LEADER CHANGES

    Jean-Pierre MARC passes away and Damien MARC becomes Director of the Company.

    NEW STRATEGY

    INNOVATION, EXPORTS, EXPERTISE

    JPB système becomes fully family owned. Damien MARC becomes the CEO of the company and starts to deploy a simple and efficient strategy based on innovation, production expertise and exports.

    NEW JPB IN THE USA

    THE GROWTH

    Opening of JPB système America, incorporated in Cincinnati, OH, to develop our sales in North America and integrate the prestigious circle of "BPI Excellence".

    AWARD FROM INPI

    INNOVATION AWARD TO JPB système

    JPB système win the Innovation AWARD from INPI (National Institute of Intellectual Property).

  • 2012

    PATENT & CONTRACT

    CRAZY GROWTH

    JPB système signs a 30 year contract with Rolls Royce to equip the TRENT Engine family and patents a new self-locking borescope plug able to withstand extreme conditions.

  • 2013

    NEW PLANT

    VILLAROCHE

    JPB système builds its own plant in the aeronautic area of Villaroche, in the south of Paris.

  • 2014

    ENGINE LIFE CONTRACT WITH SAFRAN

    ENGINE LIFE CONTRACT WITH SAFRAN

    JPB système signs an engine life contract with SAFRAN Aircraft Engine and wins the AWARD of the fastest growing aeronautic company.

    NEW PATENT

    LULYLOK™

    JPB système obtains a new Patent for a revolutionary lockwireless fluid fittings B-nut application. This self-locking fitting is named LULYLOK™.

  • 2016

    MASSIVE INCREASE OF CUSTOMER ORDERS

    PRODUCTION PLANT

    To face the massive increase of customer orders, the company decides to double the size of the plant in Villaroche. The company wins the AWARD of the “Industrial Performance”.

  • 2017

    ROBOTICS IS THE NEW BLACK

    ROBOTICS AND BEST SAFRAN SUPPLIER AWARD

    The company creates a unique Robotics machining line with 100% automated inspection. The whole manufacturing process can be managed from a smartphone. The company also secures a 8 year LTA(Long Term Agreement) with Pratt & Whitney and wins the 7th AWARD in a row of the Best SAFRAN supplier.

    JPB SYSTEME IN POLAND

    JPB SYSTEME INSTALLS A NEW PRODUCTION PLANT IN POLAND

    Opening of a mirroring production plant in RZESZOW, close to KRAKOW, in the Aviation Valley of Poland. Thus we guarantee a business continuity to our customers. Massive investment in metal 3D technology.
