The ELS LIGHT is a lockwireless anti-rotation fitting for secure connections.

It is based on the performances technology of the ELS but designed for light weight and reduced space applications.

Self-locking during assembly, without any particular manipulation from the operator except the final applied torque (seating torque). No change of assembly / disassembly procedures.

This product could be adapted to a lot of application (pipes and hose, nut, fuel nozzle, ...)

This reusable device provides an enhanced reliability and maintainability alternative to safety wire, deformed threads, tab washers, cotter pins, Locktite,.... and more generally all added locking elements.

Our device is fully reusable with stable performance and doesn't need to be change compare to other solution proposed on the market.

Principle :

1 - The ELS LIGHT is installed on the standard nut without tool. The ELS LIGHT is adjusted on the nut hexagonal part and retained with 2 spring tangs.

2 - When the coupling is installed, the ELS‘s dent is placed itself automatically on the top of the nipple’s hexagonal form (other geometric forms are possible).

The ELS Light could easily be adapted to nut from AS15700-711 : AS15700, AS15701, AS15702, AS15703, AS15704, AS15705, AS15706, AS15707, AS15708, AS15709, AS15710, AS15711

The ELS Light could replace nut from serie UP11986-92 : UP11986, UP11987, UP11988, UP11989, UP11990, UP11990, UP11991, UP11992.

And nut from serie UP71480-90 : UP71480, UP71481, UP71482, UP71483, UP71484, UP71485, UP71486, UP71487, UP71488, UP71489, UP71490
