SHACKING TABLE TEST:

Sinus test 3Hz to 4000Hz
Level 1G to 100g cc
Sweep : 2oct /min

On the left: a JPB Système’s Lockwire Anti-rotational Device NOT torqued, Locking Tabs just engaged (WORST CONDITION).
RESULTS:
indent1.png Vibration Loosening of classic Bolts after 1Hour of testing.
indent1.png IMPOSSIBLE to loose the JPB Système’s under Vibration (test duration: 48H)

Abstract of ELS and ELS Light shacking table test.
Simulation of Fan Blade Off event (FBO).
Test under presure : 5080 psi -350 Bar

Test of Self-Locking. The plug will automatically lock on the 2nd turn if the first one failed.
This is the most critical frequency. We run the shacking table at 525Hz with acceleration 50g cc.

Note: The resonance phenomenon is visible with the stroboscope light.

RESULT: More that 3 million of cycles passed with success.
Endurance test: resonance frequency of the spring.
